Option 1: Install via iPhone or Android (Quick Install)

  1. Check if your device is compatible with an eSIM via this link. Most modern smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches support eSIM technology.
  2. Open the email from AtlasSIM containing your eSIM installation details.
  3. Click the installation link in the email or copy and paste it into your browser.
  4. Click the ⚡ Quick Install button on the installation page.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
  6. Upon arrival at your destination, select the eSIM as your mobile data line and turn on data roaming.

Option 2: Install via QR code

  1. Check if your device is compatible with an eSIM via this link. Most modern smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches support eSIM technology.
  2. Open the email from AtlasSIM containing your eSIM installation details.
  3. Scan the QR code with your device's camera.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
  5. Upon arrival at your destination, select the eSIM as your mobile data line and turn on data roaming.

Option 3: Manual installation

  1. Check if your device is compatible with an eSIM via this link. Most modern smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches support eSIM technology.
  2. Open the email from AtlasSIM containing your eSIM installation details.
  3. Open Settings on your device and go to:

    iPhone: Cellular
    Android: Mobile data or SIM cards

  4. Choose Add eSIM.
  5. Then select:

    iPhone: Tap Use QR code and then choose Enter details manually.
    Android: Choose Enter manually or Enter activation code.

  6. Enter the SM-DP+ address and the activation code you received from AtlasSIM.
  7. Tap Continue or Connect and wait for the eSIM profile to be downloaded.
  8. Upon arrival at your destination, select the eSIM as your mobile data line and turn on data roaming.

Important

✅ Install your eSIM before departure while you are still connected to Wi-Fi or mobile internet.

✅ Only activate the eSIM at your destination by selecting it as your mobile data line and turning on data roaming.

✅ Keep your installation details safe until your trip has ended.
